Born May 2, 1957 needless to say, I've been around awhile. As a child I always enjoyed seing the photod my mom took with various camera of the early 60's. I got my start in photography when I joined the Navy in 1976. I was traveling around the world so I bought my first camera, a Pentax 35mm. I never really thought of photography as a profession back then. I purchased my first DSLR camera about 10 years ago and I can't stop taking pictures.
